Rainbow chard glazed in lemon, garlic and chilli

Ingredients
  • 200g rainbow/Swiss chard
  • 30g butter
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp dried chilli flakes
  • Splash of water
  • Sea salt
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  1. Heat a large frying pan and add the butter. When the butter is melted add the garlic and chilli and fry over a medium heat for one minute.
  2. Add the chard and a splash of water, and cook for 2-3 minutes until wilted, turning the chard regularly with a spoon. Season with salt, then place onto a serving plate and garnish with the lemon zest
