Former Trintech CEO Cyril McGuire secures three new tenants for south Dublin office block

Property developer, co-founder and former CEO of Trintech Group Plc, Cyril McGuire, has secured three new tenants for his Trintech Building in the South County Business Park development in Dublin 18.

Renewable energy company Codling Wind Park, printing company MemJet and aircraft leasing company Alliance Aviation have all agreed to new leases within the building ranging from 223sq m (2,400sq ft) to 511sq m (5,500sq ft) on lease terms from five to 10 years.

Developed in the early 2000s, the Trintech Building comes to the letting market in walk-in condition following the recent completion of refurbishment works to its vacant space. The last-remaining office suites available to lease comprise the first floor extending to 501sq m (5,394sq ft) and second floor extending to 198sq m (2,129sq ft). All of the accommodation comprises flexible office space with raised access floors wired for power and data cabling, suspended ceilings with recessed LED PIR lighting, air conditioning, a kitchenette at second-floor level and shower facility. Both floors are accessed from an imposing, double-height, fully glazed reception area with an eight-person passenger lift.

The addition of Mastercard’s European Innovation HQ and Microsoft to the scheme have raised its profile significantly. The presence of these global occupiers coupled with South County’s accessible location close to the M50 motorway, Luas green line and numerous Dublin Bus routes make it a very attractive location for companies to locate.
