One of Dublin's most renowned restaurateurs is putting his private wine cellar up for sale.
Roly Saul developed a real passion for wine during his years running first Trudi's and then Roly's in Ballsbridge, and has amassed a very impressive collection, including 1982 Château Léoville-Lascases, Château Lafite 1994 and Château Palmer 1983.
