Fujifilm’s instax mini Link 2 Smartphone Printer may look very like the original mini Link on the outside. It’s small, lightweight and even has the same styling. But the new smartphone printer has a number of new features designed to tap into our creative sides, from customisable frames and image colour modes to InstaxAir, a feature that turns the printer into a tool to “draw” effects in the air and apply them to your print. That requires the Instax mini Link App, which can also capture the creative process as a video and share it as a printable QR code on the print. The device has a rechargeable battery that will produce 100 prints off a single charge, connecting to your smartphone over Bluetooth.
