Vi-coise dip/sauce

Ingredients
  • 200g sunflower seeds, soaked in water for 30 minutes
  • 100g sundried tomatoes
  • 125-150g green olives
  • 25g flatleaf parsley, roughly chopped
  • 2-4 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
  • pepper
  • splash olive oil

Put everything in a food processor and blend till smoothish. Let down with more olive oil or a tiny drop of water if required.
